In the fourth episode of Season 4 of The Boys, Butcher shows up to help Frenchie in a fight against Ezekiel. Ezekiel overpowers Frenchie, but Butcher arrives just in time with a plan to kill him.

The Kill

Butcher uses a special weapon, a modified version of the Temp-V drug, which temporarily gives humans superpowers. This allows Butcher to gain the upper hand over Ezekiel and stab him with a knife dipped in the drug. The modified Temp-V drug then causes Ezekiel's powers to go haywire, ultimately leading to his death.
